Implementing these points begins with step 1, by focusing on the concern at hand of improving the company cash flow. This is followed by adding new efficient processes. Step 3 is to create a company wide governance, this will ensure all levels and departments maintain the same standards. Understanding that quality service is greater than saving a few dollars is step 4. Steps 5 is about looking for ways to create better system efficiency, this can be aided through step 6 of improve education on current systems and potential new systems. Step 7 establishes a leadership sponsor in quality control, this person needs to be of relatively high ranking and be a cheerleader in looking for improvements. Through great leadership step 8 can take place, creating confidence amongst employees and foster growth. Step 9 allows for cross departmental collaboration, views from different angles can assist in developing improvements. Step 10 continues along the same vein as steps 7 thru 9 by fostering a work environment of acceptance of all ideas, no judgements. Step 11 and 12 are about creating the mindset that quality of service is above all else and removing the fear of retribution Step 13 is for establishing a continued education systems for employees to grow further within the company and finally step 14 allows all employees a say in improvements and fixes.
